Return & Refund Policy – Noor B Collection

At Noor B Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges:
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with all tags, packaging and invoice intact.

Returns/exchanges are accepted only in case of wrong, damaged, defective or incorrect items. Items purchased on sale, clearance or special promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, size, color or personal preference. Approved refunds will only be issued where a replacement is not possible and will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable. Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, our return policy will apply.

To request a return or exchange, please contact Noor B Collection Customer Support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item. All requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Noor B Collection reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
